With over ten years work experience in respected organizations and e-Government of Kenya serving in different IT specialists positions, Joyce adds vigor to the Council’s Technology. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology (IT) from Jomo Kenya University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and a Masters Degree in Computer Science at The University of Nairobi (UoN). With her vast experience, this role provides her with the platform that drive the Council’s innovative wheel in introducing new and dynamic technology that will enable inductive thinking and facilitate dramatic improvements of KLDC processes. She is also a recognized Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and an Oracle Certified Administrator (OCA) .
